Definitely five star!! Repairs on my BMW electronic module were completed perfectly with the unit working properly and no codes. The turnaround time was very fast as well. The staff was professional. View on GoogleThey used to be a great shop, but the new management under Damion is ruining the reputation that was built over the years. The prices have increased significantly, and the customer service has become extremely rude and unprofessional. I was a repeat customer for a long time, but after this experience, I will not be returning. The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. During a dispute, he threatened to leave my vehicle in an empty lot with the keys inside. Whether or not that threat was carried out, it is not something a professional business manager should ever say to a customer. If you had positive experiences with this shop in the past, be aware that it is not the same management anymore. EDIT: there it is folks, lies lies and more lies, that's the type of customer service you guys can expect, good luck.
