Had to have another shop reinstall the rotor bearings he said he replaced on my Tesla. Said I needed new transaxle bearing when the problem was really bad rotor bearings. Said he replaced transaxle fluid, but it was dirty when the other shop checked it. Charged for toolbox access, when toolbox access or a charge shouldn't have been necessary. No refund offered when confronted. Zero integrity.

I brought it to the Tesla service center and they told me to fix my car air-conditioning would be $3000 and that my battery also had to be replaced for another $14,000. My other option would be to take the car and sell it for one to $2000 for Parts. A coworker gave me Mark’s information and said he might be able to help. Not only did Mark diagnose my battery issue he was able to rebalance my battery for a very minimal cost. He was also able to fix my air conditioner for about half the price Tesla quoted me. He runs an honest business, and I cannot thank him enough.
