Edgewood Service and Tires

I had an excellent experience with Edgewood Service. They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what my 2008 Escalade needed. They replaced my wheel bearings and completed the repairs quickly, and my SUV now drives noticeably smoother and quieter. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to pressure me into fixing everything at once. They pointed out the next repair that will eventually need attention, explained that it could safely wait a few months, and gave me advice on how to drive it in the meantime. That kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that does quality work and treats customers with respect, I highly recommend Edgewood Service. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

Mike and his team did an absolutely outstanding job fixing the front-end issues on my F-250. From start to finish, Mike was incredibly responsive, transparent, and true to his word. Every time he said he’d do something, he followed through — no runaround, no surprises. It’s hard to find shops you can truly trust these days, but these guys exceeded my expectations. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

10/10 service. I’m very satisfied with the service I received from the phone call all the way to the pick up. This business was able to replace my radiator same day at a fair price. No hassle and they are transparent which I appreciate! If I ever have issues again I will happily return here, thank you.

I came in for a diagnostic due to my car stalling when coming to a stop, and was told the vehicle came back with no issues to report. However, apparently, per the manager, the codes were not read which is, as I understand it, a simple plug in to the OBD port under the steering wheel, using a sophisticated scanner to read the computer. So I then took my vehicle to other shops and authorized dealerships and was told my codes have been erased but codes did come up. And one code that had come up and has been never resolved is a large EVAP leak code. As such, this leads me to believe that the stalling is reasonably linked to the large EVAP leak. I am a little disappointed that this somehow was, perhaps, overlooked as I ended up paying for the diagnostic and leaving since, well, my vehicle was apparently fine! Better yet, I had to finance the diagnostic fee because I did not have the resources at the time to pay for it and truthfully thought the issue would be discovered during the diagnostic in order to start with repairs. I was also not given any paperwork regarding the findings of the diagnostic. All I have is a receipt saying I paid for a diagnostic but nothing stating what was done and found but, above all, as mentioned, it seems the vehicle wasn't at least scanned which should have probably found the EVAP leak issue. I had to find the issue on my own and had I not further inquired, I may very well have never found out. And it makes sense. A large EVAP leak (something bigger than just a bad gas cap) can certainly cause stalling due to fumes entering un-metered into the combustion chamber and, thus, a poor oxygen-fuel mixture. I give this rating because at least they seemed friendly and the store was clean and they do seem honest, just that a mistake may have been made somewhere along the way.

I had Edgewood do some routine maintenance on my 2006 Chevy Silverado and some quotes for long term maintenance ( replace radiator & heater hoses). I found their service prompt and complete. Would recommend again.
