My wife and I brought our BMW X5 to DSA after our dealership warranty expired because we wanted a trustworthy shop that truly understood German cars. After doing a lot of research, we decided to give DSA a try, and we’re glad we did. We initially brought our X5 in for an oil change and immediately appreciated the professionalism, customer service, and pride they take in their work. While waiting, I noticed they had many repeat customers, which is always a great sign. One customer mentioned he had been bringing his Mercedes there for over seven years, and that gave me even more confidence that we had found the right place. We eventually needed additional repairs on our X5, and not only was the quality of work excellent, but the pricing was also much more reasonable than what the BMW dealership would have charged. Hands down one of the best interactions with a auto repair business that I've ever had from start to finish! Not only were they extremely, fast and efficient but their pricing was more than competitive and beat otger quotes! They had an upfront very detailed diagnostic on the MB E 300 with options in order to fix the things that were wrong with my car which was alot! Their turnaround time was extremely fast and they were always extremely professional, polite and courteous, and were always there to answer my questions. They stayed in contact with me via phone email and text. Jaime and his colleagues were amazing! They are professional and easy to work with! No pressure and upfront with everything!
