This is a well-earned 5-star review for Charley’s Tires & Wheels. I contacted Charley’s Tires & Wheels early in the morning, prior to their official opening hours, due to an urgent need to have six new tires mounted on my dually truck. As most experienced truck owners understand, servicing a dually involves handling twelve tires in total, and when combined with oversized, lifted specifications, it requires a shop with both the proper equipment and expertise. After an extensive search throughout the Orlando area, it was difficult to find a company that was both capable and reasonably priced. Despite the early call, the owner personally answered and accommodated my request without hesitation. He invited me to come in immediately and met me on-site. Upon arrival, I was highly impressed by the level of organization and professionalism. A full team was already in place, with technicians assigned efficiently to each tire. The workflow was structured, coordinated, and executed with precision. It was evident that the operation is well-managed and that the team works cohesively. Within approximately two to three hours, all six new tires were successfully mounted and installed. While the size and specifications of the tires limited the ability to perform a full balance on-site, the team still ensured that everything was fitted correctly and safely. The results spoke for themselves. Upon driving the vehicle, the ride quality was exceptionally smooth—despite the fact that the truck has not yet undergone a formal alignment or full balancing. There was no noticeable vibration or instability, which is uncommon under these circumstances. Additionally, proper tire pressure on a dually is critical and often mishandled by less experienced shops. This team demonstrated clear knowledge and attention to detail, ensuring that the pressures were set correctly across all tires. Overall, the service was efficient, professional, and competitively priced. More importantly, this is a company that clearly understands the technical demands of working on dually and lifted trucks. Bought new tires and got a crack on the wheel for free. Not for free actually, I had no choice but to pay the repair without being notified beforehand. 👍🏽

I absolutely do not recommend it. The quality of the tires I bought and the owner's lack of respect are enormous. I bought four new Kendra tires for $1,200 six months ago. Two months later, the tire simply came apart. Charles asked me to go to his shop to check it out. When I got there, he said the tire blew out because it was out of air, offering to buy a new one for the "cost" price of $239. So I did. However, the other three new tires started to blister, and the truck became undrivable, even though it's my work car. I contacted him again and explained the situation, thinking I would at least have the warranty he himself told me about. However, two weeks ago, another tire blew out while the car was going 70 miles per hour. Once again, I called and texted. The response? You were running out of air. I went to his shop today, you know what he Did you answer me? The tires are like that because of the suspension. I lost my patience and left, and he charged me $75 for an old tire he put on my truck. Incidentally, my truck was parked outside my house because I didn't have a spare tire. This guy told me that if I wanted anything, I should go to court. That's what I'll do because character can't be bought. This man is a bad character, thinking that someone else's money is his. I paid for the service, for the product, and I will get it back.

Highly recommend!! During our holiday visit to Orlando, we experienced a tire blowout on New Year's Eve. AAA responded promptly and assisted us by installing our spare tire. The technician recommended replacing the damaged tire before departing the city and suggested visiting Charlie’s Tires. Following his recommendation, we proceeded to Charlie’s for service. As visitors unfamiliar with the area and in a rush, I worried we might be easy targets. However, I was completely wrong! When we arrived, Josh greeted us, quickly understood our needs, and resolved everything right away. We replaced our tire for less than half of what I expected to pay, all within about 30 minutes.
