Great shop. My 2nd time using them. They put in a new transmission in my F150 last year, then this year just put in a new transmission, clutch, and shifter in my Mustang. Professionals who know what they are doing. Danny was the tech and you could tell he took great care to do everything right. Highly recommend them if you need any transmission work done. Great price too. Appreciate them getting me back on the road.

We had an outstanding experience at Central Florida Transmission and I wanted to share it for anyone dealing with transmission issues. Before we even went in, I spoke with Jim on the phone for quite a while. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain what might be going on with the truck, and was very upfront about potential costs. That alone set him apart. Prior to that, I had contacted a closer transmission shop, but something didn’t sit right—they seemed vague and wanted to charge just to diagnose the issue. After talking with Jim, we decided it was worth the nearly hour-long drive—and it absolutely was. When we arrived, Sharon and Maria were both professional, friendly, and very helpful. Jim sat down with us in person, went over a full diagnosis, and clearly explained his recommendations without any pressure. We were honestly considering trading in the truck because of the transmission problems, but thanks to Jim and his team, it feels like it has a new life. I have been using Central Florida Transmission Repair for years now for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and they are absolutely my go-to for maintenance and repairs. They’ve helped me with everything from a valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and coil packs to routine oil changes, tire alignment, and even new tires when I needed them. Mike, the service manager, has always provided excellent service and fair pricing. I truly feel like they are honest, knowledgeable, and never recommend anything unnecessary. This place is a SCAM do not go here. Went in for a 500 dollar repair called me to pick the vehicle up when I got there they realized that they did not repair the electrical problem. Came back the next day to pick it up. Drove it 15 mins away and my transmission blew up. Told me they would pay for the tow bill. Never happened. No money back. They do not answer the phone what so ever. They will leave your vehicle is worse shape then you are already in. It does not matter what you say you are wrong and they are right . 500 dollar repair and then wanted 8,000 to fix the transmission that they broke. I’m left with an in repaired vehicle 1,200 in the hole and a 250$ tow bill thanks guys !!!
