I found Florida Hybrid & EV through a Google Maps search, and Juan was the first person who actually answered the phone and took the time to help us. My son needed his Tesla repaired quickly, and Juan was responsive from the very beginning. He kept us updated throughout the process and communicated with us regularly, which we really appreciated. We initially hoped to install a long-range battery, and Juan worked hard to make that happen. Unfortunately, due to compatibility and programming issues with our specific vehicle, the battery would not configure properly. While that wasn’t the outcome any of us wanted, Juan was honest about the situation and helped us find the best alternative solution. In the end, we received a battery that has been performing exceptionally well. My son’s battery efficiency has been excellent, and the car has been running great. The turnaround time was reasonable, the pricing was fair, and we felt that Juan genuinely wanted the best outcome for us rather than simply making a sale. If you own an EV or hybrid vehicle and need repairs or battery work, I would absolutely recommend Florida Hybrid & EV. Juan was knowledgeable, communicative, and committed to finding the right solution for our car.
