I had an amazing experience! My 1997 Wrangler was making some rattling noise that I noticed on my way home from work. Concerned, I stopped at multiple shops that told me it was too late in the day for them to diagnose and to come back early in the morning or the following week. When I called CarPro I was impressed from the beginning. Over the phone they were kind and although it was 4:30pm I understood that no repairs would be able to be done same day, he said to come in in and they would take a look. Once diagnosed, everything was explained in great detail. Once I came back for repairs.. a ride home was provided within minutes That was terrific! Teh car is now running great and I will most definitely come back to them for any future needs. When I picked up my car.. I even got a nice note . Very grateful

CarPro just handled a major repair on my 2016 Ford Explorer (water pump, timing chain, and some other items) and not only did they do a great job, but they were professional, honest and kept me informed throughout the process (it was a several day repair). Chris did a great job helping me understand what was being done to the vehicle and why it was a major repair. I've only had the vehicle back less than a day, but everything appears to be working as expected. I would highly recommend CarPro for your automotive service and repair needs. I will be taking my other vehicles to CarPro.
