I was wonderfully pleased with the overall customer service at Carlitos today. Staff was very friendly and professional. My tire repair service was smooth and quick despite their busy morning at the shop. I highly recommend this business and so glad to have them as a local business in my community!

View on GoogleGreat experience! I came in thinking I had a flat tire, but they thoroughly checked everything and found the tire had just shifted slightly on the rim. They fixed the issue without trying to sell me a new tire. I also asked them to check my air filters, and instead of replacing them unnecessarily, they honestly told me they were still in good shape. They easily could have charged me for a tire and filters, but their honesty earned my trust! Everyone there is super personable and friendly too. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleCame to this shop a couple weeks ago for an alignment, the gave me this paper stating that my car was completely aligned, only to notice it was crocked when I drove. I took it back, and before I could even explain what the problem was, they were already cutting me off, I could barely get a word out to explain, got told it wasn’t an alignment issue but rather something with the body of the car and that it might’ve been involved in an accident. I took it to a collision center, and in less than an hour, they found the issue and showed me how the car wasn’t properly aligned, as well as letting me know the car has never been in an accident nor was this a body problem. I still went to get a second opinion at another collision center, and was told the exact same thing. If you can’t properly align a car, for whatever reason, let that be known rather than waste people’s time and money. And as willing as you’re to take a someone’s payment, let’s practice listening and customer service skills.
