C & H Garage

I’ve been taking my vehicles to C&H Garage for at least the last eight years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They’re a family-owned business, and every interaction reflects that. Everyone is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about their customers. One thing I especially appreciate is how willing they are to answer questions. I tend to ask a lot of them, and they always take the time to explain things clearly without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to. What sets C&H Garage apart is their honesty and transparency. They do a great job of helping me understand what needs immediate attention, what can safely wait, and what my options are so I can make informed decisions about my vehicle and my budget. I never feel pressured, and I always leave feeling confident that I understand exactly what’s being done. Their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they provide, and over the years they’ve consistently earned my trust. I’ve recommended C&H Garage to many friends and family members, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy mechanic. I wouldn't recommend anyone *but* these guys. I stopped at 3 places before C & H and they all told me the side mirror would require a full replacement, minimum estimate of $500 for the part alone not including labor. These guys were willing to work with me and mend the broken parts instead of fully replacing the mirror for a fraction of the price for the labor. Highly recommend—I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car fixed.

This is the worst mechanic shop ever. Went on a recommendation from a family friend who has been using them for years and I regret even going. My passenger window broke and I brought it in for them to just look it at and see what it would be to fix it. Never did I ask them to go ahead and fix it but just to see what was wrong and go from there. Their mechanics called me back to let me know how much it would be to replace the piece or they could put a rod in place to just hold up the window. I asked them to put the rod in and I would figure it out later (as it was a wildly expensive fix and I was moving out of state in a month). I came back to the inside panel of my door in my backseat, my door speaker in a paper bag in my passenger seat, and no word from them that my car was torn apart. Unfortunately I have high anxiety and went into panic mode and drove away. My fault on that but as a women I felt completely taken advantage of in that situation. I trusted the word of my family friend hoping they would be amazing to work with and got the complete opposite. Fast forward to me needing to get my window fixed and hoping to get the door out back together and now it's almost a $1500 fix. It's all a horrible mess that shouldn't have happened had this shop been transparent with me in the first place about what they did to my car without even asking me or letting me know.

Good, honest mechanic. I was at the dealer for routine maintenance and they suggested over $3k of repairs. I took the list to C&H and they completed them for slightly over $1k. C&H was recommended to me by family who have used them for decades and have nothing but great things to say also.

Been dealing with them for more them for about 30 years. A VERY honest shop. All of the mechanics I have dealt with were excellent. I recommend it highly. I have dealt with Jeff, Scott, and now Logan. Years ago this shop was recommended to me by AAA when I was looking for a repair shop many years ago.
