My Lexus IS got hit and I brought it into Lexus of North Miami. My previous Lexus was also hit and I had such a wonderful experience with Lexus a few years ago, and particularly Deena Porras, the Collision Advisor last time, that I knew instantly this is where I wanted to bring my car in for repairs. I didn't even get estimates from other places to repair my car because it was so great working with Deena and Lexus last time. Deena kept me apprised every step of the way as to what was happening with the car and when it would be ready. In addition, she had a driver from Enterprise ready to pick me up when I dropped off my Lexus. Her service is outstanding and I cannot say enough about her competence, her going the extra mile with a caring, positive attitude, and her helping in every way imaginable. My car came out fabulous and it was a pleasure working with Deena and Lexus. She is not only an outstanding employee, she is super nice! I highly recommend Lexus of No. Miami for their collision work and to work with Deena.

An outstanding place, great customer service, top performance. From the time I walked in, helped by Mr Michael Aramas Assitant Bodyshop manager, very professional, great personality and felt extremely well taken care of. Then Miss Deena Porras the Collision Advisor, also very professional, and very pleasant personality, provided me with world class customer service and great communication.
