I see the negative reviews and wonder is it the shop or customers who are totally clueless on auto repair and upkeep. I tend to believe the latter. I just left purchasing 4 new tires for my FJ Cruiser. Ray gave me several options on various tire brands and the performance on each. He did not try to UPSELL me in the least. I choose the middle tier brand and he and his partner just installed them. Did a highway and local road test. PERFECT match and price. Before you post a shady comment do your homework. I did. Be educated not irrational or misguided. I’ll recommend this shop to friends and my company wholeheartedly. 💯💯

Needed some aftermarket suspension installed on my 2025 Toyota Tacoma. They took me in quick and got the job done fast. Very reasonable price. Thanks so much NMTA

So this place is a total scam went for Alignment on my car and they told me they did the alignment but car can’t be fully aligned cause some thing is wrong with camber and caster on my car . if they told me that in start I would have taken my car and told them to not do any thing .So I am out 80 bucks with front end of the car not fully aligned . i will suggest take your business to martin tyres much better shop it’s near by and they don’t do these scam mechanic shop tricks on you .i was in hurry cause martin shop was busy and told me to come tomorrow morning and afterward i read there review and they are all negative be aware .its a typical scam shop . Update went to the Martin shop and they charged me 100 dollars for all alligment on all 4 tyres told me the camber and caster that was miss aligned there was no diagnostic to be done it’s right in front of them when he opened hood of the car just few bolts needed to be loose and move the strut basic car Aligment stuff . i went back to the north Miami tire and auto shop not asking for refund but to tell they should have clear communication with people before working on there car that the can’t do the job and fix the problem . The guy sitting at the desk I think maybe he is owner was aggressive never apologised for what they and after some back and forth he told me car alignment is actually 3 parts and they did one part and charged me 80 for that one part .I told him than you should tell people that when they walk in that there is three part alignment and if there car need other adjustment for Aligment they will charge extra which according to him for an old Mazda protege 2002 is 200 dollars minimum . I understood this is the kind of business that is not gonna acknowledge or apologise for what they did so I was leaving .This guy called me advocate for matin tyre I told him respectfully that is insulting to me I used there service before they did a good job and I just went there today and they fixed it that they communicate clearly before doing any job and he should do the same literally all reviews on there shop say the same thing that they don’t communicate and than charge for money and problem is not fixed it’s not right .The guy became aggressive and told me to leave and I did that as I am walking to my car the guy walk behind me and started using profanity I asked his politely not to do that it is not the right way of talking to customers or even people he said what are you going to do about that .i was still not aggressive or anything other than telling him there is no need for that and his worker came for the garage part of the shop and put his hands on me and told me to leave .i had to call police and do a report on them .As I am waiting for the cops he came to the garage and started using profanity again when I got the phone out to record that he just went to the back of the shop . I am attaching that videos that I made and also another video of what they had to do to for my car to be properly aligned which Martin tyres did .

The best experience always when I come here. They been taken care of my truck since day one . Very busy shop, but also very attentive to my needs once I drop my truck off .

Raul was very helpful and got the job done in less time than was estimated with the addition of replacing my tire. Came in for an alignment and my car is driving so smoothly. I’d highly recommend them! Friendly and fast service, thank you!
