View on GoogleI found this mobile auto technician online and contacted him for a diagnostic inspection of an oil leak on my vehicle. He came out and performed an initial assessment, but no repair work was done at that time. A few months later, after the Christmas holidays, I was ready to address the issue and wanted to confirm the car was safe to drive to his workshop for potential repairs. I asked him to re-inspect the vehicle so I could confidently arrange transport or drive it there if safe. We discussed that I would contact him the following Monday to coordinate bringing the car in the next day. In the meantime, I discovered the source of the leak myself — a heater hose — and realized the car likely would have overheated before making it to his shop. On Tuesday morning at 8:15 AM, I texted him requesting the shop address. I later called and sent additional messages but received no response. Since this was only at the diagnostic stage, the lack of communication and follow-through raised concerns about professionalism and reliability before any repair work even began. During his prior visit, he also seemed unconcerned about the risks of driving the vehicle in its condition and came across as dismissive. Based on my experience, I recommend choosing a mechanic who communicates clearly and responds reliably before committing to further service without exhibiting attitude.

He diagnosed and fixed the problem incredibly fast — the whole thing was done in under an hour. On top of that, the price was very, VERY affordable, especially considering the convenience and speed.
