I was giving the opportunity to review any dents that were in my car and if I wanted to get them done. It was no pressure for me to get it done. Yes, I felt valued as a customer since this was my first time taking my car to Lexus in North Miami. Mr. Luis R was very kind and guided me to the waiting and quiet room while waiting for my car. I also want to thank the service team for the courtesy car wash and cleaning the inside of my car. I will definitely take my Lexus there for future services. T. M.

From the moment I arrived members of North Miami immediately directed me where to park, then took my vehicle’s information in order to have a technician perform a 4-wheel alignment. The whole process from start to finish was completed efficiently and my Lexus alignment is now perfect. The price at Lexus of North Miami was reasonable and lower than other dealerships closers to my house; I actually drove over 30 minutes to have my vehicle serviced at Lexus of North Miami. A+ to Jonathan and his team, great job!
