Robert was amazing and the best customer service rep yet! So friendly, respectful and professional! Even though it was the end of the day on a Saturday and I was the last customer, he answered all of my and quoted pricing for future recommended services without making me feel rushed! I didnt feel like I was being upsold, at all. The service from beginning to end was quick and efficient! Best experience with Goodyear, ever!
View on GoogleI’ve been to this Goodyear tire shop and I don’t like Dimario Anderson at all he is rude lacks customer service every time I ask him something he always have an attitude like he doesn’t want to be there they need to get rid of him very rude and unprofessional. Dimario comes to work with an attitude problem. I would like to thank Robert Martinez for his assistance with my car he was very helpful and kind made sure he informed me about what I needed for my car very nice and professional. He deserves all the stars he goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and satisfied. Robert Martinez keep up the good work you’re an amazing employee.
