I always have such a great experience with this location! Staff are super professional and Luis in particular was so accommodating when it came to helping me out with my tire problem, and doing his best to figure out a solution since I was on a timecrunch. He was so friendly and cordial, and knowledgeable too! As was the manager I spoke with a few days prior. Reasonable turnaround timing on my vehicle, and very transparent explanations for services and pricing. Hope I won't have to come back any time soon, but I know it'll be another great visit if I do!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service – Customer for Life! I want to give a special thank you to Louis and Dee Diegenhardt at Tire Kingdom in Homestead, located at 2699 South Dixie Highway. From the moment I called, Dee answered the phone and was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. That first impression meant a lot. I actually passed several tire shops on my way there, and I can honestly say I made the right choice. As soon as I walked in, Louis and Dee took great care of me. They explained everything clearly and showed me exactly what was going on with my car. I needed tires and an alignment, and they also checked my brakes and looked over everything else to make sure my vehicle was safe. At no point did I feel pressured. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. The entire experience was A1 from start to finish. Because of the outstanding customer service I received, they have made me a customer for life. As long as Louis and Dee are there, I will definitely be coming back. I had an amazing experience at Tire Kingdom because of Joel Sánchez. He was courteous, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who is so committed to providing excellent customer service while making customers feel comfortable and valued. Joel’s dedication and work ethic truly stand out. Tire Kingdom is lucky to have him on their team, and I hope more businesses have employees like Joel Sánchez. He made my visit a great one, and I would definitely come back because of his outstanding service.

I woke up this morning with low tire pressure in my front left tire. I instinctively went to the nearest gas station to put my own air in my tires. That alerted me that I had successfully put air enough for 32 psi. But I started driving, the psi steadily decreased so I made my way to tire kingdom at 8 AM. My vehicle was serviced by a gentleman named Degenhardt. Originally they wanted to do a patch that would be $27, but due to the placement of a pesky nail, I needed a new tire and that with a military discount came up to $165. This location is nothing but friendly, honest and a pleasure during unanticipated tough times. I greatly appreciate my service today and was out within an hour.
