I’ve been going to Minneola Automotive Center since 2018, and they never disappoint. I met Brad (owner) during that time. His honest and sincere nature has kept us going there. Recently my daughter’s Toyota Corolla needed servicing. Kara at the front desk was so kind. She made my daughter feel at ease as she explained their process. A day later my daughter’s car was fixed and she was back on the road! Thank you all, you’re a Godsend!

From the moment I called this morning, Cara set the tone with genuine kindness and hospitality. She told me to just swing by for a nail in my tire, and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived, they took care of me immediately. Will handled plugging my tire quickly and professionally, and Tanner went the extra mile by using one of their heavy duty plugs, something even better than a standard patch. You can tell they truly care about doing the job right, not just getting it done. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere, friendly conversations, smiling faces, and a level of customer service you just don’t see much anymore. To top it all off, they didn’t even charge me. Cara, Tanner, Will, and the entire team, thank you for such an amazing experience. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending you to everyone I know. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
