Mediocre. I dislike writing negative reviews but it will be a disservice to potential patrons not to disclose this experience. I brought an 02 Toyota Camry to ToyoWorks for a few things: oil change, front brakes, and rack and pinion replacement. Initial service took 1 business day —repairs complete. Visited the shop to pickup the car; found a splash shield hanging down (see pictures) and the upper steering shaft-u-joint binding while turning the wheel. Interestingly, they insist the u-joint issue was present when I initially dropped the car off —it absolutely was not. I am sure they will write a comment about this. I refused the car and advised them to fix these issues. Three weeks passed with no resolution, multiple delays, wrong parts ordered (keep in mind, this is my only car). Finally, I received a message that the car was ready. Arrived to find the u-joint issue had been resolved but there were new problems upon receiving: horn is inoperative and the power steering assist is 40% of what it was, and missing hardware underneath the car where work was performed. At the time of writing this, the oil change and front brakes seem to have been completed correctly, that’s good news. Annoying experience for $2.5k. Not going back.

I have been using ToyoWorks, instead of going to the dealer, for about 10 years or so. I am very knowledgeable on auto mechanics, but over the years, I have found that its easier and more convient to drop off the vehicle and have it done. That said, I looked for someone that was honest, timely and neat and found that Josh Echavarria, the owner, fits that exact discription. ToyoWorks diagnoses the issue and gives an accurate time line to perform the work. I am very happy with the outcome.

Very professional crew and technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable and clearly communicated what needed to be repaired. Quick turnaround as well, job completed in just a few hours and at a very reasonable price compared to the dealership that was approximately $500 more in cost. Now my FJ is running nice and smooth again. I plan to use this shop in the future for repairs and maintenance as they are a great value in comparison to taking your car or truck to the dealership. View on GoogleThe whole process is painless. They inspected the vehicle and sent photos of the issues in a written report. Received a phone call to go over the report. Shop was accurate with amount of time it would take to repair vehicle. This is my first time there and will probably continue to schedule future maintenance with them. Another plus is the ability to schedule appointments online with your concerns including photos of the issues you are bringing the vehicle in for. Overall a good experience.
