I went to Tony Tire Shop for a blown tire and was incorrectly given the wrong tire size, which I did not notice until after leaving the premises. When I returned to have the error corrected, they offered me a partially bald used tire instead of a proper, safe replacement. I requested a refund due to the improper service and unsafe condition of the tire, and they refused. The staff appeared impaired and demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and competence, raising serious concerns about customer safety and business practices. This experience reflects negligent workmanship and deceptive business practices. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop and seek service from a reputable, certified tire provider. Believe all the negative reviews and ignore all of Tony’s responses as he absolutely offers zero credibility!

Tire needed a plug, and Tony’s is open 24/7. It was quick and easy. Jose was magnificent and amicable.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I really wish I had checked the reviews beforehand instead of just going to the nearest location on maps. To start, not a single employee was wearing a shirt, and several of them appeared to be intoxicated. I went in to replace one tire, and instead of being given a straightforward price, I was told to call the owner myself. I was then required to pay upfront via Cash App, Zelle, or cash—methods that offer no protection or refunds. After I paid, one of the workers came out holding a Four Loko, called the owner to confirm payment, then walked to the back where he began yelling and acting aggressively. Shortly after, he got into a physical fight with someone. I waited about 20 minutes with no progress—no tire, no updates, nothing. I called the owner again to explain the situation. Eventually, another employee came out, also shirtless and seemingly under the influence. He lifted my car, then said he needed to smoke before continuing because the other workers were “driving him crazy.” At that point, I had enough. I asked for a refund. They brought out a “manager” who was visibly injured, bleeding from his face, and clearly not in a condition to be working. He tried to reassure me, but I firmly told him I just wanted my money back. Initially, they refused. I ended up leaving while several of them surrounded my car telling me not to go. I called the owner again and demanded a refund since no service had been provided. Thankfully, he did return my money. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience. The lack of basic standards, combined with employees appearing intoxicated while working around heavy equipment, is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Thank god for Tonys 24 hour tire service. I called freaking out over a fast air leak that was loudly audible, around midnight and my tire was deflating so quickly. I was reassured to not worry and come in asap. When I got there he got to work immediately. It turned out I had 2 twisty nails that dug in there. One had went in and out, and the other still in. It was inexpensive to patch, $50 and he was done fast. He also made sure to add air to all my tires. So very grateful. 🥹🛞🙏🏽

Make sure you pay after you get your service done. We brought our flat tire directly to Tony. He quoted us $200 for a new tire that was the same dimensions of the existing. After over 2 HOURS of waiting we received a used tire, that had a nail in it and the dimensions were different. We attempted to work with the owner for some type of middle ground on reimbursement, but he only made excuses that the nail was his mens fault and the tire was new and we were getting a good price. Mind you also, there was a lady there at the same time, getting her tires rotated and replaced for $100 each.
