BRING YOUR OWN TIRES!!! Good experience from start to finish. They replaced all four tires on my Tesla at a great price, and the service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. The staff was not happy but answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. It’s not easy to find a great price these days, but this shop delivered on both. Highly recommend to anyone looking for new tires or honest service.

Title: Avoid at All Costs – Worst Tire Shop Experience of My Life I am not someone who write reviews or even someone who is argumentative. However, if I could give zero stars, I would. Tire Tire Used & New gave me the single worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Here’s the nightmare: Someone pointed out my tires looked bad. Since I’d been here before for a patch (and the previous guy did okay), I made the mistake of going back. That was my biggest regret of the year. The guy charged me $110 for two “good” tires. The very next day, one was flat. I called, and instead of fixing it, he gave me the number for an “independent contractor” who charged me $30 to get my car two minutes back to the shop. When we got there, the tire guy acted shocked and said, “Wow, I thought the tires were good… I thought they were new.” They weren’t. He said he replaced them. Do you know what happened the next day? You guessed it — both tires were flat. I refused to pay another $30 tow fee, so I waited for a family friend to help. At this point, I didn’t trust this place at all, so I went to Walmart and bought two actual new tires for $180. I explained everything to him — how his bad tires had cost me over $400 in Lyft rides, towing, and replacement tires — and how I couldn’t visit my dad in the hospital or get to work reliably. After all that, he had the audacity to ask me for $20 more when I returned his garbage tires. Let me be crystal clear: this place sells junk tires, takes no responsibility, and will happily drain your wallet while you deal with the fallout. My advice? Don’t walk — run away from Tire Tire Used & New.

I don’t even ever remember writing a review ever, especially a negative one, but this business earned it. If I had the time and energy to stand outside of this shop with the biggest sign I could find WARNING people not to do business with this establishment, I’d do it until this place closed, or improved. First red flag was how rude the owner was when I initially called, but I had a flat front tire. I purchased two used front tires from this place may 6 and I thought “ok, fast and quick—no issues, these are my go to guy’s” even paid extra to get the tire sensor off. After driving for awhile, I noticed my steering wheel was shaking. No more than a week in my left tire was flat so I went back and paid to get it plugged. After I got the tire plugged I noticed that the sensor was on so I took it back again and the owner basically said it would cost me $100. ***Owner did attempt to put air in all the tires to see if that was the issue but it wasn’t. Definitely wasn’t paying that, so I just made a mental note of that and left** After that, I then noticed that my steering wheel was shaking terribly, so I took my vehicle back again, but not before taking the tire off myself to make sure it was the tire and nothing else, but no… it was 100% the tire. I really didn’t look at the tires before, but my left tire was ate up, had holes, and was lumpy as hell, so I took it back again and at this time I only had the tires for about a month. I’ve never had issues with used tires in my life—and I’m 45 yo. I took my vehicle back again and he finally gave me another used tire after seeing how bad the tire was (plus he was servicing another client when I showed up about my tire), but the attitude he gave me pissed me off, but I honestly didn’t care what he said as long as he fixed the problem, and because he fixed the problem, I was like “cool” I’ll never get tires from them again ever. He told me if I didn’t want issues I should’ve bought new tires. This morning I came out to take my fiancé to lunch noticed and the right tire was flat and that’s what did it for me!!!! Though this place is the closest to me, I made sure I took my vehicle to another shop and red the reviews, because if I red the reviews I would’ve never came in the first place. I don’t care what’s going on… I will never take my vehicle to that place ever again.

Been coming here since I moved to North Miami Beach in Sept. My job requires I drive and tires go out all the time. He has quality used tires for a very great price. Always helpful and professional. I wouldn't go any other place. Highly recommended.
