Excellent experience at Tire Kingdom. Lazaro was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process. He clearly explained what needed to be done for the tire repair and made everything quick and seamless. Great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with Lazaro if you visit this location.

It was not until next oil change (done today) that I realized these delinquents had cut a slot on my Macan cover to drain the oil faster (check pic). And of course could not have changed the oil filter which started to leak (being two years old now). I wonder what oil have they used. Stay away if you care your cars.

Lazaro has been amazing and goes out of his way to not only provide great service, but helps the customer understand what is needed and what is being done on the vehicle.

Lazaro fixed my tire quickly and had me back on the road in no time. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to help me continue dashing. The repair was also super affordable, which made the experience even better! Because of the amazing customer service, I’m officially a lifetime customer of Tire Kingdom!
