I had a tire emergency and Tire Kingdom was the closest shop, so I pulled in hoping for the best — and I’m so glad I did! Andre took care of me right away, making a stressful situation feel completely manageable. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. The next day I noticed the alignment was slightly off, so I headed back. Angel handled everything without any hassle and made sure the issue was fully resolved. It’s rare to get that level of attentiveness two days in a row, but both Andre and Angel delivered outstanding service. I came in as a first-time customer out of necessity, but I’ll definitely be coming back by choice. Highly recommend Tire Kingdom — great team, great results!

I have been coming to this location for nearly 15 years now with my: Acura, BMW, Mercedes and VW. I never had any issues. Everyone in this location is friendly and helpful. I did: breaks (break pads and rotors), alignments, tire purchases, tire rotations and tire repairs. The service is done quickly and on the spot; in most cases. However, you may wait a little, if they have to order a tire from the warehouse. You may get it a few hours later. They have a beverage station, restrooms, a TV, a large sitting area AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE…and one loud Cuban. Haha! Miami; right?!

Andrés Was a Very Cool Guy That he was very able to attend me right away. Thanks God. This guy were not BC. So too busy because I was on a rush and they literally got rid of them. The the nail that I had on my tire so quickly I was in this place for one hour and I was out In-N-Out. Literally it’s been one of the fastest services that I ever had. And this people in here are so polite and super. They have a lot of hospitality with all the clients.

I recently visited this shop to get a wheel alignment, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Andres and his team assisted me, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The work was completed efficiently in about 10 minutes, and my vehicle now drives great. I had previously taken my car to other shops, but the alignment was never done properly and the vehicle continued to pull. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable tire and alignment services.
