Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I found Tire choice Auto Service by chance my gym is nearby, so I searched Google, read the reviews, and something about the place caught my attention. That’s what led me to bring my car in today just for a regular oil change… and I honestly left shocked in the best way possible. I was helped by Ozi, Joe, and Will (the mechanic), and the level of professionalism, customer service, and attention I received was absolutely outstanding. While waiting for my car, I witnessed Joe handle a tough phone call with a customer, and I was genuinely blown away. The patience, kindness, and professionalism he showed stuck with me. It’s rare especially here in Miami to come across businesses and people who take customer service this seriously. They didn’t just do the oil change. They also performed a full vehicle inspection and gave me a printed report with detailed photos of each area they reviewed. I was shocked in a good way by the level of transparency and attention to detail. It showed me they truly care about what they do and the people they serve. The price was extremely fair, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me not just sell me something. I know this review might sound a bit long or even too enthusiastic, but it’s only because experiences like this are so refreshing and valuable to me especially in a city like Miami. These guys truly made my day, and I deeply appreciate that. From now on, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Five stars, no hesitation.

They are CROOKS!! My battery was still under warranty and it was not holding voltage. I first took it to my mechanic who checked everything and the only thing happening was the battery. Then off I went to Dadeland Firestone , where I bought it. Those thieves assured me my alternator was bad and I had to replace it for $1,126. I said no. I just wanted the battery. That my mechanic would do the alternator if needed. They refused!! So I went to another Firestone on Bird Road ( my friend recommended Manager there, Jose Rodriguez). They checked my alternator and there was nothing wrong with it. They gave me a new battery at no charge whatsoever. This is very SAD!! I hope this is seen by many people. The manager at this Dadeland Firestone didn’t let Javier, the guy that was helping me give me a battery. SHAMEFUL!! I will also send a complaint to corporate and to the BBB!!

If you’re a person of color, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Service rep was dismissive and disrespectful. Asked why I wanted to be serviced just to tell me that’s not a legitimate reason to be serviced. Didn’t have the decency to disclose my car issues with me personally and instead decided to divulge that information openly while servicing another customer ever so politely who just so happened to NOT TO BE A PERSON OF COLOR. After refusing service and going to another location I was quite surprised that the $230 tire alignment he tried to charge me for at this location is $135 at another tire choice location. Not to mention how you spoke about just clearing codes on a customers car without actually servicing it and how aggravating they are. STEER CLEAR OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION! Clearly your car needs are not taken seriously.

They replaced my starter, and after 6 months the new part started having problems. They honored their warranty and replaced the part for free. I would recommend this place. The initial repair cost more than I thought it would, but I think they do a good job for the money.
