I was very happy with the service I received at the Car Clinic Of Miami. Elliott was very professional, explained everything to me in detail. They exchanged my car battery, and changed the oil in my car. He kept me Informed and delivered the car at the time he promised. Would definitely recommend them as trustworthy and professional.
View on GoogleThe customer service is great and they also have a neat waiting room. But they charge around 2x what a small mechanic shop or independent mechanic would charge. They also sound pretty “salesy” at times. So it can make them come off as dishonest. If they didn’t have such high markup prices I’d probably come back again. But until then you can find a great mobile mechanic that comes to you and they’ll charge way less.
View on GoogleGreat service. I had my alternator replaced by these guys about two years ago, recently it started giving me issues. I brought my car back to the car clinic and not only were they able to get my vehicle back to me same day, but the work was covered by their warranty. Elliot is a great guy, super helpful, and very friendly. Good to know these guys care about their customers
View on GoogleI haven't had time until now to share my review of this business, but I found them and had my car serviced through them in March. I want to share my review so that women in similar situations are aware of the resources around them. I am a newly single mother transitioning from a DV situation starting over. My car broke down at a critical time when I needed transportation for my kids and to a new job. The fact that this business operates offering payment plans, both for customers with decent credit, and those who have bad or simply no credit is such an amazing resource for people like me. I would not have been able to get my car fixed if it was not for this service, and would have ended up missing out on an amazing opportunity with this new job. The customer service was 10/10, and the turnaround time was excellent as well. They made sure to keep up with me as well after the service to see how the car was running. My car is old and has many issues, it's having some in now, so I hope that once I finish my current payment plan and have some more savings I can visit them again soon to try to keep my little putt putt on the road until I am in a position to buy something more reliable. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone, especially mother's in similar situations as mine.

They got everything done quickly, kept me updated, and the pricing was fair with no pressure or upselling. It’s hard finding a shop you can trust with an older SRT8, but these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Highly recommend The Car Clinic to anyone in Miami looking for honest and reliable service.
