I had three titles in my father's name. Unfortunately he passed away in January. They helped me transfer all three without difficulty and very quickly. There was no waiting at all. I related to them my circumstances and they were so kind and compassionate with me. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful resource in a time of great difficulty.
View on GoogleOnly went twice recently- both good encounters, one of the young men who works there is very thorough and helpful. One of the young women who work there was also very helpful. If you have anxiety, it is a small space but they use a number dispenser so you can keep track of who's next and how much time you can spend outside, waiting.

View on GoogleThis place is a disaster. Especially the female employee who sits to the left as you walk in—a dark-haired woman who is provocative and confrontational. I had to go directly to the manager to explain what that employee was trying to do to me, and the manager immediately sided with me. They should to fire her; people like that hurt a business due to their poor attitude toward customers and their complete lack of desire to work. They made me go several times there unnecessarily , just to renew my father's disabled parking permit, who is elderly. After I went with all the documents they asked for, she refused to renew it. They insisted I bring my father in person, even though I told them he had mobility issues. That same day I went to the tag agency on Bird Road and got it sorted. Bad atmosphere, dirty place, and—above all—lazy and rude employees.AVOID THIS PLACE
