There was only one negative; so, lets just get it out of the way. I won't call out the service writer...just refer to him as MQ. He is argumentative about EVERYTHING. He started the conversation by walking into the waiting area calling my name, and I replied, "Yes." He said, "Are you sure you're Melanie?" Then, he argued about the credit card fee, and took offense when I asked why my bill was higher than expected. MQ communicated in an abrupt and discourteous manner. He was late to work, and a very respectful service writer handled the intake for this hostile colleague, but MQ should have stayed home. My car sat in the drive 15 minutes completed before he realized it was done. With that said, the appointment system/confirmation was great. But one of the newest additions was the video of the mechanic explaining what he had done, and some of his findings. Absolutely BRILLIANT 👏 The service time was reasonable, and the waiting area was comfortable. All of the employees passing through were extremely hospitable. YES, I would return, as long as someone else was my service writer.

Great maintenance service and good customer service provided by Service Advisor Everett. I appreciate how he took the time to provide good guidance regarding issues I might encounter in the future with the used car I just bought. I trust his insights. S.Dade Kia Service Center provided me an Uber for drop off and pickup so I didn't have to wait there for hours while my car was being serviced. i had a very positive experience.

The service was completed quickly and throughly. They plugged my tire that hafld a nail in it and also washed my car without extra charge. When I arrived to get my car after servicing, they ere so engaging and brought my car to me like valet service. I was truly impressed and happy with the service. I can feel the difference in the way my car drives after having it serviced there. It drives like it's newly purchased. I'm smiling right now because I feel like I can trust them with my car....it's great when you can drive away feeling like you got your momey's worth.
View on GoogleI spent $1,724.00 for the full maintenance on my car (4 new tires, a battery) did not get a free car wash however after asking was told to come back the next day and it would be washed. Then looked at my new tires not one tire had tops on the stem of the tires. I purchased my car from there service my other cars there and never was disappointed. Always gave a great review to the service department. Next time I will think twice.
