Terrible service! You make an appointment and have to wait 3-5 hours just for a simple oil and filter change, also ridiculously expensive. The deals are a scam! Be very careful with offers and salespeople. They even have old filters and show you pictures to convince you to replace them so they can charge you when yours is brand new i have proof! I love my Hyundai Tucson! But it will be the last one I get and the last time I come here for service. The service is ridiculously expensive! Scheduled appointments are a waste of time. The customer service was equally terrible. Bad attitude, extremely rude. 0/10! Never come back. Terrible! Horrible! Everything's wrong! Read everything! Translate if necessary! I made a service appointment for 10 am - they gave me the car back at 1:30 pm, even though I told them it couldn't take any longer than that. They told me it would be ready at 12 pm. Let's start with the fact that the organization is terrible. They're rude, ill-mannered, and have a bad attitude. What's the point of making an appointment if it's irrelevant?! An oil change took almost 4 hours! Oh, right, because they want to trick you into buying another car. My estimate was $260, and I ended up paying that exorbitant amount! And on top of that, how can you trust a dealership that WON'T take responsibility if something gets stolen? So you have something, and if the mechanic wants to, he can steal it? That's what they're implying! Horrible, I'm never going back. You hand over your personal vehicle for maintenance, and you can't even be sure because they might steal it. Fraudulent! Corrupt! Swindlers!

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend Hyundai of North Miami!I had an incredible experience at Hyundai of North Miami, and they have officially earned a customer for life! I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in for an air conditioning repair. Even though I am the second owner of the vehicle and not the original buyer, the Service Manager, Allan Perez, didn’t hesitate for a second. He honored and upheld my warranty with total professionalism and zero hassle. It is rare to find a dealership that treats second owners with this level of respect and care.I also want to give a special thank you to my Service Advisor, Kevin Calvo. Kevin provided outstanding follow-up throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on my vehicle's status and personally coordinated the taxi rides for me to pick up my car when it was ready.Thank you, Allan, Kevin, and the entire Hyundai team, for your integrity and top-notch customer service. All the staff were excellent the service department sales manger and sales assistant. they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, and I was heard this is my second purchase at this dealership and I was very Satisfied.

Dear Service Manager, I am writing to report a very poor experience I had at Hyundai North Miami. On July 10, 2026, I dropped off my car for service at approximately 7:30 AM expecting routine work to be completed that day. I returned at around 5:00 PM and i was told—without prior notice—that nothing could be done because the shop was “too busy.” This is unacceptable. Timeline: - 7:30 AM — I left my vehicle at your service department for scheduled service. - ~5:00 PM — I arrived to pick up the car and was informed the service would not be performed and that you were too busy. Problems: - I received no update or call during the day to warn me that service would be delayed or canceled. - I was forced to rearrange my evening plans and I wasted an entire day waiting. - The staff’s explanation and handling of the situation were unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I expect better customer service from an authorized dealership and hope we can resolve this quickly and professionally.

I recently had my vehicle at Hyundai of North Miami for a recall repair. Although it took about a month for the replacement part to arrive, my service advisor, Jorge, did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process and was always professional and responsive. I also want to recognize Allan Perez, who made sure the repair was expedited once the part arrived. They completed the repair and returned my vehicle in just one day. I understand the delay was due to waiting on the manufacturer part, and the dealership also provided me with a loaner vehicle during that time, which I really appreciated. Overall, very professional customer service and a great experience.
