Polite, thorough, and honest. Went here after Jiffy lube told me they could do oil change and coolant, but not check the systems I wanted looked at. Not only did Rodriguez Bros. give me an extremely thorough checkup - complete with a printout of detailed descriptions of everything they checked and its purpose, and everything that needed work including pictures of the exact damage - they caught two errors Jiffy Lube made, damaged oil plug and leaking coolant due to a broken cap! Was able to get refund from Jiffy Lube due to thorough documentation. Plus, they easily could have charged me for the services I was concerned about (checking water pump and belts), and if they'd said I needed those replaced I wouldnt have questioned it. They said those parts were working fine and only did work that was necessary. Price at Rodriguez Bros. was reasonable and work was fast. Brought it back one week later to complete one final thing I'd discussed with them, and they took care of it and had me out of there in 15 minutes. If you only speak English, like me, don't be intimidated! They were welcoming and professional, and even with a slight language barrier they will still take great care of you. This place is just a good old fashioned honest small business mechanic, and I will be coming here next time I need anything done (no more Jiffy Lube!).

I’ll be the first to admit I know absolutely nothing about cars and my oil change and Mercedes Service B were definitely past due. From the moment I brought my car in, they were extremely professional and communicative. They texted me clear invoices, made sure I approved every service before doing anything, and gave me the option to remove services I didn’t feel were necessary. Any time I had a question, they took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. That alone made me feel really comfortable and confident leaving my car with them. Pricing felt very fair, the turnaround time was quick, and overall the experience was stress free, which is rare when it comes to car maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends. If you’re looking for an honest, professional shop that actually communicates with you, this is the place.

The staff was super friendly and even let me know that I needed to buy different fog lights as my original set didn’t fit. Service was quick and the receptionist was very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back!
