I had a great experience with RAY’S mechanic shop and their team. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose my car, carefully investigating issues that weren’t immediately obvious. Their attention to detail and PERSISTENCE really stood out. On top of that, the customer service by Mrs. Melva and the whole team including the mechanics was excellent—friendly, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was also very fair and competitive. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. Came to Ray’s to get a pre purchase inspection on a used car I was looking to buy. They got us in and out in a timely manner while also being very thorough. Everyone was kind, especially Melva! She made sure to review both the good and the bad that came back from the shops inspection. Melva printed and highlighted everything we needed and sent us on our way in only 1 hour. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.
