I liked my visit to this place for the first time. Good service, good pricing and great customer service, definitely coming back for my next service! Very convenient location and the wait time was reasonable.

After I left, I drove for about 3 hours, driving up to Orlando and i had to stop to the Auto zone . i had someone from the store checked my car, I found it had no oil! I had to buy oil myself and refill it also .wheel alignment was also terrible plus no one one speaks English there .Completely disappointed with the service—I won't be going
View on GoogleI don’t recommend anyone to go there and change your oil. I went there and I asked the manager directly how much to change the oil for my car and then said to me we have 3 types of different oil and you can choose one of them. After I picked the highest oil said to me only you pay the oil plus tax. In the end they added ten bucks more for QT and he didn’t even tell me about. in conclusion it’s my first time and I will never come back because they not been honest with me from the beginning.

I first went to their main location, but they had no power and sent me to another nearby location with a 10% off coupon and a free car wash, which I appreciated at the time. When I got to the second location, they told me to just get out of the car and they would take care of everything, but no one explained the pricing upfront. After my car was already inside, I was told the cost, which was much higher than expected. I decided to go through with it anyway, thinking the service and free car wash would make it worth it. The outside of my car did come out very clean, but I specifically paid extra for an interior cleaning, and it was not done at all. The inside of my car was still completely dirty, which was really disappointing. I also later noticed an unexpected upcharge on my receipt that was never explained. Some of the staff seemed somewhat friendly, but overall the experience felt unorganized and not transparent. I won’t be coming back.
View on GoogleI went a couple of weeks ago for an oil change, car wash, and to change the air filter. The employee let me know about aomething else affecting my front passenger tire, which explains why that one lately needs air. I waited a while in the waiting room and outside, then looked everywhere for my car. I asked one of the cashiers, and she told me they do oil changes at their other location on 8 Street; I felt annoyed because the mechanic didn't notify me of that, and thought I'd have to wait hours. Thankfully, it didn't take too long, and then they did the car wash. They did a good job on the wash, and I accomplished what I came for. I think the communication that day could've been better. I've visited before, and almost every time they suggest doing additional services, which makes me question if they're making excuses to charge more, so I don't fully trust them, but I've done the basic needs here.
