The guy working on my car named "J" was being very unprofessional and talking bad about my car with his other co workers I told them that my car was lowered and so they needed to add something to not scratch the bottom and they kept ignoring my requests proclaiming that it wasn't going to scratch when indeed I've done this before and it easily almost did they had no care and were super rude and disrespectful and they didn't even reset my oil sensor inside my car will never be coming here again and don't recommend it to nobody

Technically did the oil change correctly, but I much rather have more brand options. I never asked for anything else, but they snooped around, removed my air filters that I wanted to do myself that they upcharged $20 each on. They also attempted to remove the locking lug nuts of my rear wheels to check the rear pads, but failed (I would have been fine with this if asked beforehand.) One of the ratcheting teeth of my parking brake "fell out" which was present beforehand 7 minutes ago. Conclusion: just learn to do it yourself, the risk avoidance, accomplishment, and cost savings far outweigh whatever I spent good hard earned money on here today.

Recent oil change in April caused a leak on the block. I regularly took my beloved car but will not return for any maintenance. BTW, I know what went missing from my car on that wash day! Although a minor loss, I still felt violated. No report was made but they've lost a customer
