Submitted January 25, 2025. Returned December 16, 2025. Insurance paid $28,000+.
The truck was left outside, returned with scratched door frames, oil stains everywhere (on an EV), missing interior pieces, and glass shards left in the bed. Workers used no protective mats and stepped directly on interior surfaces.
From late June through October, my vehicle was forgotten. No updates. No honesty. No accountability.
They also promised to pay for transport to Chicago and backed out once the work was done.
This shop does not protect vehicles, does not communicate, and should not be trusted with expensive or new cars. If you leave your vehicle here, don’t be surprised if it sits for months.
