I called for an oil change since the technical service of the manufacturer of my car couldn’t give me an appointment for the next 4 days and here they gave me an appointment for the same day. Not only they welcomed me but they were done in less than 2 hours and gave me back a clean car (detailed clean). What an amazing service and great experience. I highly recommend them. And the price was better than what I usually pay. So better price and better service than anywhere I have been.

This was the best customer service I have ever received at a mechanic shop. Hector was warm and welcoming. Fernando was professional and knowledgeable. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. The shop was very clean and the ride service and car wash were a nice touch. I have been waiting to leave a review...here it goes! The Prestige Auto Tech team is one of the most upfront and professional auto maintenance shops I’ve ever visited. My white 2008 Mini Cooper had a persistent check engine light, and they were able to accurately diagnose and fix the issue. They also completed a strut replacement and a full tire upgrade to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All-Season tires. Even though my car is a humble Mini and they regularly work on high-end luxury vehicles, I never once felt undervalued. They took the time to clearly explain what services were needed and truly prioritized what matters most to me—my time. I’ll be scheduling additional maintenance this spring in preparation for summer. Lastly, you really know a shop’s integrity when they honor their warranty. A sensor later went bad, and they handled the repair quickly and professionally. Thanks again, guys—you do excellent work!
