Christopher is an angel. I prayed for weeks for a miracle mechanic along my long journey and found one. My dad was a mechanic and I am picky about who works on my car. It had been sitting for 6 months and had a long drive ahead. I did a lot of research and Onsite was the first and only mechanic I contacted and it was the best decision I could have made. Christopher the owner has great integrity about his service and is caring about his customers. Super responsive (everything was arranged by text, which was new for me, I took a chance, and it was super efficient as I was at work trying to arrange this). He is professional, thorough, and has been restoring many different old cars with his father since he was a kid and had no problem navigating my car. He is observant and intuitive about what to look for, and was able to identify my power steering issue, showed me how to change my air filter which wasn't needed yet, checked all the fluids, tires, and gave my sunroof leak a look. I had a long drive ahead, desperately needed my car serviced and he made an exception to fit me in at the last minute. I was running a few minutes late and he was patient and very kind, outside waiting for me. I don't like going to chain corporate places and it takes some trust to give a new onsite business a chance, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 2nd time back & exceeded expectations by far! Went for another oil change and this time added a transmission service with new gasket, filters, and fluids. Fuel injectors were cleaned, entire fuel & electrical systems checked, fuses, and hose with small cut replaced. Christopher was honest that the spark plugs could wait until next time and that my car was in tip top shape and didn't need anything else. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need and he took the time to go through all my previous maintenance records to see what the car had done in the past. He replaced the batteries in my key fob, left me with spare batteries for the 2nd fob, and replaced the motors in 3 windows that were going bad with new parts I brought to him so my windows would roll up safely. He had to take off the entire door panels and go through the speaker to do it and did an excellent job replacing the panels. He checked the radiator, fan, brakes, tires, AC trouble-shooting, and scanned the codes for the check engine and other lights on. All for an unbelievable fair price you cannot find anywhere else for more thorough service. I left my car with him for a few days and communication was prompt, honest, with pictures of what he found with the transmission. I drove 2 hours to use this mechanic because the 1st experience was excellent with top notch, dependable, trustworthy service. I really would not want to go to another mechanic, and if you like to support local, individually owned businesses to help them grow and succeed, I highly recommend this mechanic for his superb skill, efficiency, honest reliable service, and great personality.

Christopher is an amazing mechanic and human being, i normally go to The Car Collection to get my service done but was in a rush, thankfully i found you my brother. Not only did he understand i needed this done as soon as possible because i stated to him i needed to leave on an emergency trip but he went above and beyond my expectations. He charged me 50% less than what The Collection charges me and on top of that he came to me. Everything was done on a top tier professional manner and i was amazed. My husband used to do all car maintenance but he passed away. I am now a single mom of three girls. I saw a large pool under my car and called Christopher. The car was also due for an oil change. He asked for my cars vin number and came out immediately. He checked ALL the fluids and looked at the pool under the car and he reassured me it was condensation. He changed the oil and filter.
