I had a very disappointing experience with a mechanic named Eric. In January 2026, I paid $600 to have my brakes serviced. Unfortunately, the brakes were installed incorrectly, which caused ongoing issues with my vehicle. It took nearly two months for him to return and attempt to address the problem, and even then the issue was never properly resolved. As of today, March 11, 2026, my brakes are still in very poor condition as a result of the improper service. I regret choosing this business and would not recommend their services based on my experience. Very poor customer service and workmanship. Rating: 0/10.

Eric provides an extremely convenient & reliable mobile service. I have hired Oil Change to You for the oil change on my vehicle twice now & on both occasions, it was a great experience. They have also changed my car's air filters. Service could not have been easier to schedule and the pricing is comparable to any in-person auto shop. I highly recommend Eric & his team!
