I came here for an oil change about two months ago. Just 2–3 days later, my car indicated low oil. I returned, and they topped it off. Now, with over 3,000 miles still left until my next service, the car again indicated low oil — which surprised me because it was far from the next scheduled maintenance. When I went back, as soon as they recognized me, it felt like they didn’t want to help or investigate. The person at the desk told me there was a “recall” and to take it to the dealership — which I later confirmed was not true, just a way to get me to leave. The technician who did the oil change didn’t even want to look at the car or try to find a solution. I later went to my dealer, and they found the oil change hadn’t been done correctly — the plastic cover was full of oil that had been dripping the entire time since service. This not only caused a mess but could have led to further damage. Be cautious if you choose this place; it’s hard to know if the work is done properly.
