MrGoma Tires - Miami Airport

I came to this shop to replace tires. I was given an estimate and asked to leave an $800 cash deposit. Within 2 minutes of paying, I received an urgent call from my child and had to leave immediately. I informed the salesperson right away and asked to cancel the service and refund the deposit. No work was performed, no tires were installed, and no service was provided. I did not sign any non-refundable agreement. Despite this, the salesperson refused to return the deposit. He immediately became aggressive, raised his voice, and started insulting me instead of handling the situation professionally. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I will never return to this shop and do not recommend it to anyone who values honest and respectful service.

I went here to get my tire replaced and everything worked out perfectly fine. It took around 20 minutes from arriving until I left again with my new tire. I wrote them upfront on Whatsapp to confirm they have the right tire and I was also charged exactly the price that I was told upfront via Whatsapp. They have English & Spanish speaking staff so language is no issue here. Highly recommended!

The attitude of the staff is super bad. The guy that was putting on my tire was smoking right in front of us. The manager had the biggest attitude!! Would never go there again!!!!! After posting my original review, I received a call from the manager, George, asking what happened. I took the time to clearly explain my experience, including the staff behavior and the technician smoking in front of customers. During the conversation, I was asked what could be done in order for me to remove my review. I made it clear that I stand by being honest and transparent with the people who rely on my reviews. I’m not comfortable removing or changing a review in exchange for any form of compensation. I believe reviews should reflect real experiences so others can make informed decisions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of professionalism moving forward. This is an update from my last visit.

I had a terrible experience at MrGoma Tire Shop and will not be returning. I replaced my front suspension parts and went in for an alignment the next day. Not even two months later, my front driver-side tire was getting chewed up on the inner edge. Thankfully I caught it in time and replaced it before it caused any real damage. When I went back to ask about another alignment, the guy at the front told me I’d have to pay full price again. I was willing to pay something, but at least offer a discount considering the first alignment clearly wasn’t done right. Instead, he blamed me, saying my car is lifted with bigger tires and that it was “impossible” for them to align it because it wasn’t factory. Funny how none of that was mentioned the first time. Even worse, when I originally asked for the final alignment sheet, they refused to give it to me—now I understand why. I ended up taking my car to Guane Auto Center for a cheaper price, and they immediately showed me what MrGoma did wrong. They walked me through the whole process and left my car driving like brand new. Night-and-day difference in service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind their work. The photo above is how the car was when the shop showed me without even touching it
