Absolutely Outstanding Service from MotionWorks! I recently trusted MotionWorks with my BMW M5 CS for maintenance and a full coilover installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the owner, Eugenio Ramos, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right. The coilover installation came out perfect, and the car drives and handles better than I could have imagined. The maintenance service was completed quickly and efficiently, with attention to every detail. What really sets MotionWorks apart is that Eugenio is mobile and comes directly to you, making the entire process convenient and stress-free. His prices were more than fair, especially considering the quality of work and level of service provided. It’s hard to find someone who combines honesty, expertise, speed, and convenience all in one, but Eugenio delivers on all of it. Took my wife’s Supra for ambient lighting and I don’t regret anything at all. Communication was amazing. I had a scheduling conflict and I was able to reschedule with no problem. The final product was amazing! 10/10 service!

I had an issue with my rear window driver side it wouldn’t go up or down, and Bobby the owner of Motionworks of South Miami answered his phone and went out of his way in resolving my problem. He requested a video which I sent to him and then he did something which goes beyond normal Business practice, and that is he had me meet him at his Moms house because he was celebrating Mother’s Day with her when . I was pleasantly surprised by Bobby waiting outside in the driveway. his tools ready, and he certainly surpassed my expectations. His price was fair. He was professional. He knew exactly what to do. There was no hesitation. If you’re looking for a mechanic, that will be honest and fair, cares about his work, and cares about exceeding customer’s expectations; it’s refreshing to meet somebody like Bobby who not only helped me out on a Sunday, but it was Mother’s Day. I brought my GTR in for ambient lighting, an oil change, a carbon steering wheel install, and a dashcam setup—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They got every detail right. The ambient lighting came out clean and OEM-looking, not cheap or overdone. The carbon steering wheel install was flawless—the fitment, alignment, and finish are perfect. You can tell they know their way around these cars. They treated my GTR with the attention and care you want when you drop off a car like this. Communication was great, fast turnaround, and they really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back for future mods and maintenance.
