I was a little skeptical at the beginning me being so picky with my car and not trusting anyone with it. But let me tell you that he crew at MBW changed my whole perception! They did an outstanding work on choosing the right tire setup to avoid any rubbing, installing everything (Including my springs) and most of all following up with me to let me know the status at all times. Megan is the sweetest thing ever, give that girl a raise!
View on GoogleBy far the best service ever. Great customer service, the techs are great and Megan is AWESOME. I called to get a quote for my boyfriend's truck to get it lifted, tires, and wheels. She called me back right away with the prices. She even gave me her personal cell phone number for further assistant. She went over and beyond. I was so happy with her customer service skills that I decided to let them work on the truck. They did an awesome job. My boyfriend and I are so happy with their service. I highly recommend this place.... Thank you Miami Best Wheels!!!!!!!

However, my knowledge of measurements and limitations for the options that I wanted or needed for my truck are very limited. Fortunately, I spoke with Megan and WOW! What an amazing overall experience. I felt so comfortable because she explain not only the sizes and options, but how other customers have felt with the look and feel of what I had in mind, which made decisions A LOT EASIER. She even send me a quote of what I had in mind and HER personal recommendations approximately 20 mins after the conversation. I was very impressed because some places NEVER get back to you.Very exited to see my truck after installation, and VERY IMPRESSED with customer service. GREAT JOB MIAMI BEST WHEELS AND MEGAN!
View on GoogleMinus the wait, i can definitely say that these guys our great at what the do. Micheal was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my car. At the end, i was very satisfied with the work that was done. OH yeah, mind you that had to fix a problem that another so call professional rim shop said that is was impossible to do. What i liked most was that they kept me informed the whole time through, they were honest and upfront with me through the whole process, i would definitely let them work on my car again.
