I was very pleased with the service. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I worked with Shane and had a great experience — he communicated clearly and was very helpful throughout the process. I’m also very satisfied with the work done by the technicians. My car was repaired very quickly, returned to me in perfect condition, very clean, and everything is working smoothly. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

It's been a horrible experience buying from your dealership. I bought a Mercedes 450 GLE certified. I asked multiple times on the phone and through text messages, this comes with two keys. The salesperson confirmed yes it comes with two keys. 2 weeks ago we made our purchase. We were at the dealership for 5 hours. The finance guy overcharged Us by $410, we caught the mistake. We were told we have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get our money back because he already submitted the paperwork. We waited additional 1 hour for them to find the second key and they did not. The rep contacted us the next morning and said the key was missing and they would order us a new key for us to pick up in Naples where we live. We bug the rep for 2 weeks and he finally confirmed they have the key and sending it to the Bonita Mercedes dealership. They schedule an appointment for us to attend. The dealership said we owe $200 for the key to be programmed. We contacted your dealership and it was crickets with our rep and especially with your store manager. They said it was a misunderstanding pay the fee and we will send you a check. I told him this was not part of the deal we had. My wife wasted an hour and 45 minutes at the dealership in Bonita. Finally, your company paid the fee over the phone. Unacceptable I will never purchase another vehicle from your location. And if I don't get my $410 within the next week, it's been 2 weeks already. I will get my attorneys involved.

So I noticed, my engine light come on in my 2026 GLE450. I called Mercedes Benz of Miami on NW 167th street immediately. A very nice lady gave me an appointment to come in the following day. I was paired with Daryl Jones. He's a super professional and nice guy. He asked me what my reason was for coming in and I told him about the engine light being on. He said the young lady had marked it as a service call so he removed that so I wouldn't use my service with my plan. That was great. My only issue was Daryl then asked me for my address so they can take me home while they work to figure out what's wrong with the car. I was confused. I felt like they could just take a look within an hour, then send me on my way. I was planning my nephew's party and had a lot of errands to run so this through me for a loop. I asked him for a loaner vehicle instead. He said they didn't have any so I would either have to be taken home by them or wait. That really made me upset. I live about an hour from that location so already, that's 2 hours plus whatever number of hours, it'll take them to figure out what's wrong. When I explained to Daryl that I preferred to wait, he said ok and said he would try to rush things for me. He would tell me something would be another 30 minutes but it would actually be an hour. Then after that hour, he would then say, the next step would take 40 minutes but it would actually be another hour and a half. So as you can imagine, I'm annoyed. My appointment was for 9am and I arrived at 8:55am but didn't leave until near 12pm. The car was washed (not a good one) but it was better than when i brought it in. I was just annoyed at the time I sat there for something as simple as them telling me the car conducted an update or the gas tank lid wasn't closed tight.

I recently took my car in for regular maintenance and a tire replacement, and once again, the overall experience was excellent. Although the service took a bit longer than expected due to a necessary software update, the team kept me well-informed throughout the process and ensured that everything was completed properly. A special acknowledgment to Carlos Guerrero whose customer service was outstanding. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exemplary—he made sure I understood the reason for the delay and followed up until the car was ready. The vehicle now runs perfectly, and I truly appreciate the dealership’s commitment to quality and transparency. This is exactly why I continue to trust them with my car. Highly recommended for their reliability, honesty, and exceptional customer care.

They cracked the rear window of my car during a service appointment and then refused to cover the repairs! The service here is terrible. I pointed out the cracked glass to the service specialists; they took photos and told me I could go home, assuring me they would contact me later to resolve the issue. That was my mistake! In the end, they claimed they knew nothing about it, arguing that since I had left the service center, I must have been satisfied with everything—and that they had no interest in any subsequent problems. If you leave your car at this shop and they damage it, no one will pay for the repairs. I spent over a week trying to get justice. I spoke with a supervisor, but they simply don't care. I have all the evidence. They themselves confirmed that I brought the car in with the window intact; yet, they flat-out refused to replace the glass that was broken while the vehicle was sitting in their parking lot! They claim that some separate internal department of theirs supposedly rejected the claim, and that there is nothing they can do about it. Their attitude toward customers is completely dismissive. I strongly advise against using this service! They offered absolutely no evidence to support their position. First, they dodged me for a week—despite my making several in-person visits to the shop. Then, they simply told me directly that they would not cover the cost. This was despite the fact that I received alerts on my mobile app indicating that my vehicle had been struck while it was in their care. Yet, they simply decided to saddle me with all the expenses. Even though—as they themselves confirmed—I handed over a vehicle that was in perfect condition, only to pick it up with a shattered window. They couldn't care less! If it were possible to give a rating lower than 1, I would definitely do it.
