Professional straight forward and honest . I was very worried about the problems I was having with my 2014 E550 but Rodrigo worked diligently and fast to assure me he could get it done . He was very helpful to me and I’m thankful to have found his shop ! Willl continue to have my car serviced here .

View on GoogleSo, I need to get y wife’s’s MB serviced for brake pad replacement. The dealership informed us of the critical nature of the pad thickness. But even before on the previous visit, the dealer tried to push on us the pad AND rotor replacement at an astronomical cost!! I don’t know all that much about mechanics compared to someone who is a professional however I know enough to do due diligence and research. So after some thorough investigation, I realize that the dealership was pushing doing very expensive work that wasn’t even necessary yet. In researching where to go for alternative, I had inquired with some friends who had Mercedes and they gave me several references however, when trying to contact them, the places never answered so that showed that there was a tip off that that might be a problem. Having seen this Center on my way to the shooting range, I investigated and found that it had very high ratings and that they exclusively deal dealt with Mercedes-Benz . Although I know Google review sometimes can be fraught with inaccuracies, the majority of the reviews were high ratings and had definitive clients commentaries. So I went there today with the intent of investigating and possibly having the brake pads changed. First things I want to tell you that this shop is owned by the gentleman Rodrigo and he was there bright and early at seven in the morning and attended to me in a very cordial and professional manner. After explaining to him what I had in mind he said that he would definitely be able to do something and that the work would probably take anywhere between 2 to 4 hours depending on parts availability. When I inquired about the possible need for rotor change, he indicated that that is only an issue when you experience, high speed wheel shimmy. So four hours later car was fixed and running in excellent shape and it was a reasonable price. The gentleman came through and I have to tell you that I believe that all these reviews that they have are well deserved to the point where I’m willing to give him five stars so if you have a Mercedes and you feel that the dealerships and or other mechanic shops have not given you a fair shake. I would definitely try this gentleman‘s place as I believe that they offer quality work at reasonable cost. . I certainly will be coming back when it comes time to do additional maintenance. Kudos to Rodrigo and staff!!
