This is a review made in behalf of my husband, he met the owner of this shop and mentioned to him if he could get an estimate on repairing a BMW 2006 560i, he mentioned to him that the car was leaking and that when the car would start running it was acting up but it would get stabled after a few minutes, car would work fine and was able to drive with out a problem he asked for a diagnostic, the car was left at their shop for two days my husband when to get the results before returning the car he mentioned that they would charge 3,600.00 dollars and he would not give him a warranty the issue would be resolved, he mentioned to take it to a BMW dealer to have it repaired. So he disides to take the car on his way back to the shop the car stared to shake back to back and did not want to restart, he was able to restart and brought the car back to their shop and asked for the car to be in the same condition that it was, to please take a look at the car and Lumbi the owner of the shop took the car back. Then after four days he went back he started being aggressive and mention that he was not going to take hit for repairing and he said that when you want to see his bad side you will and he mentioned that he was Nicaragua not sure what that meant by that. He got in the car and parked the car out side of the shop and gave him the keys saying you can go now. He drove the car to the shop and the car stopped working, the car had to pushed to the shop, before taking the the car to this shop we have a scanner that gave us the issue that it had, now we rescanned the car and it’s giving more issues, that means that he worked in the car and was not able to resolve the issue. We have our proof of the scanner before and after and will have them reported to the customer service of Miami. I don’t recommend this location be aware before he scammed someone else.

This is on my mother behalf since she’s not very good at leaving reviews or writing . She went here recently to perform a repair on her vehicle , but the owner did a very poor job that left the vehicle worse off than how it started. She returned to him to see if he can repair the error he created but he stated that he was too busy to fix his error, his response to her was “ I know what I can do and how I do them”. Instead of taking responsibility he chose to use excuses on why he couldn’t repair the mistake he made. She ended up taking her vehicle to the Toyota dealer which showed her the mistake that could have made it worse. It was explained to her that he failed to correctly attach the part to her wheel mount. It appear that he was taking advantage of the fact that my mother is a senior citizen and would be easy to be token advantage of since if she didn’t know any better, would have returned here and pay him again to perform a poor service.

Finally I found an honest and fair mechanic. You pay for quality service for your car. Mr Lumbi is very knowledgeable in his business. I strongly recommend him.

Antonio is an expert Toyota mechanic. Not too many left that can do engine work perfectly. Easy to get to from Doral and definitely reasonable when it comes to repair costs.
