Terrible service and mechanic DO NOT go this place. After calling in the owner offering a free estimate. I paid to have my car towed to this location to get a quote. He called me next day and stated that he did not know the hybrid vehicle moved the way it did and that there was an accidental damage to the driver side door but not to worry they would take care of the repair. He also said the transmission was damaged and that he was waiting to find a replacement so he could tell me the full price on the repair. After two week of waiting I went to the shop and found my car damaged with a terrible repair job attempted on it the owner denied liability for pointing to sign at the wall that he’s not responsible. I immediately took my car to a proper mechanic where they found it was a minor throttle bottle problem, transmission was perfectly fine and had it repaired next day. Now my car is rusting from the passenger side and door and leaks water on my shoulders when I drive in the rain.

This is the absolute WORST “mechanic” you could go to. He takes too long to return your car and upon doing so, I found electrical problems that the car didn’t have prior to taking the car to him. He never fixed the transmission and I had to hire another mechanic. Luis is deceitful and UNPROFESSIONAL. I can’t select the services performed because he overcharged me and didn’t fix anything. Please spread this message, do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place. Do it for your peace of mind and for your car.
View on GoogleAWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. The so called mechanic, Luis, promised that he would have my car fixed in under 1 month. He stayed with the car for more than 3 months. He allowed for the inside of the car to get wet when it rained and he claimed to have been working on it. When I picked it up, the battery was expanded and leaking as if he’d also left the battery out in the sun and some parts were missing. The transmission wasn’t even fixed, supposedly he dropped and inspected the transmission, but all he did was keep it. My car has an automatic transmission and after getting back the car, it felt like a beginner learning how to drive a manual transmission. I had to hire another mechanic, a legitimate one, to get the job done.

Most Machanic’s charge extra money for anything little thing that they attempt to fix; however, Luis transmission was more concerned with the fixing my vehicle than the money. Great Job!!!!!!!!
