I had an exceptional experience at Lucy’s Auto Repair getting my old tires swapped for a new set. From the start, the communication from Ligia was great as she kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. View on GoogleIf I could give them a negative -0, I would. This place is unprofessional and disgusting. I went for a oil change and as I was sitting down with my baby car seat on my lap due to a cat and a dog present. The owners dog decided to pee on me. Instead of the owner being apologetic and help clean me. They decided to hide their dog in the back in a cage and clean the floor. When I asked for a business card, the owner hid the whole stack. The wife took the paper towels and put it in my face. As if the dog peeing on me wasn’t degrading enough. No apology just gave me my keys back and send me on my way. I had a newborn and toddler, helpless and upset I just left and never went back. I’ll never recommended anyone.
