Found JSB when in need of Service B for my C300 coupe. MB dealers here charge upwards of $1000 for the service while JSB quoted us a price that was about 60% less. While the price was attractive- my car is my baby and I wasn't going to sacrifice quality or service. Service here is literally the equivalent of dealership (minus the loaner). Photos are sent of car, parts, etc as well as only original MB parts used. They send detailed invoices with breakdowns for your approval via text which is really helpful. They also accomplish all of this quickly with our car being ready (post service B, new brakepads and a few other things) within 36 hrs. A month or so later I had a CEL come on in the morning as I was preparing to commute for work. I dropped it at JSB shortly before 9am and they drove the car and ran diagnostics free of charge. I eventually wound up having to have the turbo replaced and Jan expertly navigated my third party warranty. He was able to get full approval for the repair including OEM parts (difficult with third party warranties) and have the car repaired within 2 days. Special shout out to Jan who remembered my wife and I by name after our first visit and who has followed up to ensure our baby (Benz) is doing well. He and the entire team at JSB know what they're doing and are truly fair- a rarity in Miami. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Brought my Benz to JSB Autoworks after having them recommended to me from many friends who bring their cars here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They provided me with detailed breakdown of what was urgent to fix versus what else I should consider taking care of to help me understand the situation holistically.
