# ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jorge’s Paint & Body Shop — A True Five-Star Experience I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jorge’s Paint & Body Shop and the incredible team they have. From the very first phone call to the moment I drove my 2018 Mercedes-Benz C43 AMG off their lot, the experience was nothing short of exceptional — and I mean that with every ounce of sincerity. From day one, Karina Pedroso was my point of contact, and she set the tone for everything that followed. She was professional, communicative, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure I was taken care of every step of the way. In a world where customer service can feel transactional and cold, Karina made this entire process feel personal. She kept me updated consistently, answered every question I had with patience and clarity, and never once made me feel like I was a burden — even when I had a lot of questions. What truly impressed me was how the team handled the unexpected. When additional damage was discovered beneath the bumper that the original insurance estimate had missed, Karina and the team proactively submitted a supplement to the insurance adjuster without me even having to ask. They advocated for me and made sure every repair was properly covered. That level of initiative is rare and speaks volumes about the integrity of this shop. When a scheduling delay arose due to a third-party calibration technician being unavailable, Karina communicated transparently, explained exactly why safety had to come first — the front radar calibration is a critical safety system — and worked diligently to resolve everything as quickly as possible. She even went above and beyond by coordinating directly with my insurance adjuster to help with my rental car situation. She didn’t have to do any of that. She chose to. And then there were the little things that made the biggest difference. As a courtesy — completely unprompted — the team repaired and repainted existing scratches on my rear bumper that had nothing to do with the insurance claim. When I asked about replacing my taillight, the part was ordered and installed the same day it arrived. My car was described as “1000% ready” before I even pulled into the lot — and it was. When I picked up my vehicle, it was in immaculate condition. Every repair had been completed with precision and care, the quality control inspection was thorough, and I left feeling like I had just picked up a brand new car. Karina, thank you. Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, your patience, and your genuine dedication to doing right by your customers. You turned what could have been a stressful and frustrating experience into one of the smoothest processes I have ever been through. I did not write this review because anyone asked me to — I wrote it because you and your team deserve every word of it. I recommend that anyone who brings their car here carefully inspect every part that was replaced before leaving the shop. Although they promise to use original (OEM) parts, in my experience they ended up installing aftermarket components instead. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet expectations. I came to this shop through a recommendation, which made the situation even more disappointing. From the beginning, they assured me that all damaged parts would be replaced with original ones, and I trusted them. After a few days of using my car, I noticed that one of the headlights was not functioning properly. When I checked it, I discovered it was an aftermarket product—just like other parts they had replaced. In addition, there were loose screws and missing clips, which shows a lack of attention to detail. While the car may look well-painted on the outside, the functionality is not correct. I returned to the shop and explained the issue. They told me they would replace the headlight with an original one, but despite sending follow-up messages, I have not received any response to this day. Overall, I am very disappointed—not only because the job was not done properly, but also because of the lack of honesty and follow-through.

Work is superb and waiting to meet you when picking up your freshly detailed / washed vehicle!!! I have to add to my experiences that Jorge’s will contact you if they encounter a set back or uncover further issues which I find very helpful.
