Very disappointing experience at J J Tire. I confirmed the exact tire model beforehand, yet they installed the wrong tire and made me come back to have it replaced. They still charged me the price difference for correcting their own mistake. Worse, my wheel came back scratched after the first installation. I personally removed and inspected the wheel beforehand and it was undamaged. The scratches are concentric with the wheel hub, consistent with damage from tire mounting/balancing equipment — not normal driving. I’m attaching before-and-after photos showing the wheel was not scratched prior to service. When I brought it up, they denied all responsibility and offered no help whatsoever. They lost the business of a 3-car customer over poor workmanship and lack of accountability.

I’ve been going to JJ Tires for close to ten years, and their service has always been five-star. I stopped in today for an alignment and as always, they make you feel like family. They were a bit busy so I dropped my wife off and came back to find they were ready for me and took my car in right away. I was watching a show, and in less than half an hour, they were done. When the car was done, they even made sure to park inside since it was raining, so I really appreciate the gesture. Highly recommend JJ Tires for alignment or any tire needs. They’ve earned my business over the years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

View on GoogleIt’s a really good company. When you arrive there they welcome you and make an effort to address your vehicle’s problem. It’s commendable how they will fix your tire as soon as possible. All staff were kind and polite. While you are waiting there they serve you a coffee to make you comfortable. They fixed my tire quickly like in 10-15 minutes and their prices are affordable. Thank you for the excellent service. I will definitely be back and share your business details with my friends and colleagues.
