I called, asking to bring in my car for estimates. He told me to call back in the morning next week. I called at 9am on the day suggested, again he said call back on Wednesday. I called three consecutive weeks, as directed. Third time he said call back, which would be four weeks of calls. Fed up with the procrastination, I went to a shop that took my car almost immediately. Please, if you're too busy or just don't want a customer's business, just recommend another shop. Don't waste their time.
