Over-torqued and careless service What’s going on in Miami that nothing seems to work right anymore? About a month and a half ago, I took my truck to this shop to replace the tires. The balancing job was fine, but someone really needs to explain to the mechanics here what the word torque means. One front wheel stud and three rear ones were damaged due to excessive torque. I found out a month and a half later when I removed the wheels at home to replace the brakes — the lug nuts were so overtightened that the threads were completely ruined.

These guys are the best in town. I've been a customer ever since 2014 or so - with two different cars and they have always been there for me -every step of the way when I needed it the most. Professional service - from regular oil change which is not done with any type of oil but only with top certified one... to major mechanical repairs. These guys know a whole thing or two when it comes to auto repair. They fully know what they're doing. Capable of disassembling a whole engine in pieces and putting them back together in one piece. True story... and that Dodge engine keeps on running up until today. Full repair was done 6 years ago. Besides, the owner/manager is a top lady, super nice and knowledgeable. Very savvy when it comes to auto parts. She's not fooling around with anyone. She says things as they are. Very honest and to-the-point. She is not there to get all your bucks and leave you hanging in there with no post service or warranty. She keeps all her mechanics well taken care of. It's a pleasure going there as you know they are truly doing what's needed and what's best for you and your car. Excellent service all throughout. To the point that I know live up in the North and will keep going down there even for an oil change --- not to mention if I need my AC to be cleaned or fixed. They are top-notch. No wonder they are still in business after solid 28 years. INAOLY Auto Tech. Proud customer!
