DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, car sat 7 WEEKS and is NOT repaired!!! I’ve been using this shop for years and was always satisfied until now. I took my car in numerous times for the same issues over the course of many months. This time, my car sat there for 7 weeks, I kept getting the runaround and it was returned back partially repaired but I was told that it was completely repaired. The only reason I got it back after 7 weeks is because I had to go in with my husband, stand there and wait. They had left my car sitting so long that the battery was dead and all my tires were low and now I’m continuously loosing air in one of the tires. He had the audacity to tell me he did a 20 mile test drive on tires with no air. That’s the least of my concern because ALL the warning lights in my car for the issues that he supposedly repaired came back on after just a few days! After months (probably about 6) of the same issues and after my car sat for 7 weeks and getting the runaround, he has the audacity to lie to me and act as if I’m in the wrong when he was paid through my service plan, yet my car is NOT repaired.

I ordered a trailer module and I never received it even though I paid a $450.00 deposit for it. Then I took the truck to another mechanic who fixed the problem by replacing a $10.00 fuse. This mechanic misdiagnosed the issue and wanted to charge me $950.00 for a $10.00 fix. Don’t go to this mechanic as he’ll just take your money without providing a service.
